He is survived by: his sons, Farren LeRoy Payne and Jay Karl Payne (Kim Delap); his stepdaughter Robin Payne (Justin Morse); and his siblings, Butch Payne, Glen Richard Payne, Patricia Hinkel, Kathy Luhn, Donna Pacha and Janet Welder. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
