She is survived by: her parents, Wendy Zick and Jerry Zick of Burlington; and her sister Julie Zick of Coralville. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (421 Washington St, Burlington, IA 52601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in Kristi's name to. Special Needs Foundation of Burlington, Stead Family Children's Hospital of Iowa City, or Klein Center Activities Fund of West Burlington.
