With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Irene Duncan of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick William and Louise Amelia Kuntz Carter; and her son Ricky Lee Cross. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Cross (Reianna) of Thayer, IA, Stacie Lynn Cross Latham (Jammie Allsup) of Keokuk, Thomas Duncan of Burlington and Ryan Duncan of Burlington; and her siblings, Jim Carter (Sandy) of Burlington, Anita Louise Lock (Gary Willhelm) of New Boston, IL and Marian Settle. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
