He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Warren of Council Bluffs, IA and Kathryn Westphal of Superior, CO.; his grandchildren, Nick Burgett of Bellevue, NE, Zack and Hannah Burgett of Council Bluffs, IA; his great grandchildren, Madilyn, Lillian and Penelope Burgett; and his siblings, Janette, Robert Siegel of West Burlington, IA and Jonelle Derry of Burlington, IA.
