He is survived by: his spouse Joanne Humphrey; his children, Rick Evans (Lynne) of Sperry, Mike Evans (Penny) of Burlington and Cheryl Carlson (Chip) of Morton, IL; his grandchildren, Chad Evans (Jill Parker), Kyle Evans, Harry Carlson (Kathleen), Ian Carlson (Danielle Pickner), Derek Evans (Savanna) and Kali Schwabe (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Claire Schwabe and Hayzel Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
