She is survived by: her husband Roy Martin; her children, Brian Kaulbars (Andrea), Amber Lucas (Jason), Kristin Kelly (Jason), Samantha Davis (James), Kaci Martin (Billy Bailey) and Gabriel Martin (Ryan Combass); her grandchildren, Johnathan, Abigail, Isa Belle, Arianne, Crystallana, Keith, Zoey and Anya; and her siblings, Michael Kaulbas, Crystal Kaulbars and Ronda De Marco.
A memorial has been established in her memory to help with funeral expenses.
