He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Katherine Hull (Mark Zippe), Mary Hightower (Erik) and Rebecca Luers (Matt); his granddaughter Charlotte Grace Luers; and his siblings, Debrah Eastburn, Karen Eickman, Janette Hennefent and Tom Kuster.
