We bid farewell to Debbie Baldwin of Burlington, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 8, 2024 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack, Jr. Knotts and Audry JoAnn Knotts (Dirth); and her brother Steve Knotts. She is survived by: her son Richard Lee Baldwin of Burlington, IA; her siblings, Jackie Capps (Jim) of Burlington, IA and John Knotts of Burlington, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Christina Lybarger (Eric), Kimberly Capps, Ashley Capps, Jamie Capps and Josh Knotts. She is also survived by four great-nieces; five great-nephews; three great-great nieces; and one great-great nephew.

A memorial has been established for the Des Moines County Humane Society.
