It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Schnedler of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Sonny" Schnedler and Joyce Schnedler; his wife Beki; and his brother Ray Schnedler. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Payne (Calvin) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Vayda Payne and Amilio Payne; and his siblings, Brenda Zagorski of Burlington and Steve Schnedler (Mary) of Aurora, Colorado.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lunning Funeral Chapel (2620 Mt Pleasant St, Burlington, IA 52601).

A memorial has been established in his memory to help assist with expenses.
