He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Dean and Martha Jean Combs (Hoover); and his siblings, Teddy and Peggy. He is survived by: his wife Laura Jean Baldwin of Burlington; his stepchildren, Sara Zahnd (Jason) of Fisher, IL and Daniel Birley (Shannon) of Rantoul, IL; and his siblings, Danny Combs of Burlington and Julie Anderson of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
