He is survived by: his parents, Fred Johnson and Donna Johnson (Deatherage); his fiancée Tracy Gibbs; his sons, Joseph, Timothy and Cody Johnson; his stepchildren, Candie, Dustin and Nick; and his brothers, Keith, Matthew and Johathan Johnson. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren and 1 grandchild.
