He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Jane Loomis and Betty Worley of Aurora, IL; his siblings, Cindy Mendez of Buffalo, IA, Bob Brougham (Lisa) of Oswego, IL and Michael Brougham of Canalou, MO; his nieces and nephews, Mercedes, Harold, Talia, Tiffany, Tyler, Tomas, Jessica, Jordan, Faith, Chloe, Lindsey and Jared; his siblings, Shawn Loomis (Lesa) of Aurora and Connie Velasquez; his stepfather John Worley; and his pet Chance.
Memorials may be given to the Scott County Humane Society.
