He is survived by: his wife Mary Krocheski; his children, Joe Guizar and Tammy Guizar; his stepsons, Roger Radloff and Jeff Radloff; his grandchildren, Amber Stephens (Tony) and Kelsey Fitzmaurice (Robert); his siblings, John Guizar, Hilbert Martinez, Willie Guizar (Nancy) and Vincent Martinez (Lupe); his close friend Bill Carson; and his pet Shadow.
