He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Harland and Betty Harland (Carder); his wife Tammy Dells; his sons, Allen Sisco, CJ Sisco and James William Harland Jr.; his siblings, Jimmie Joe Buck, Buck Harland, Michael Harland, Rick Harland and Pat Lamar; his granddaughter Kennedy Sisco; his brother Raymond Dells Sr. (Mary); his close friends, Lance Elfgen, Steve "Lightening" Bolt, Jimmie and Al Longmeier; and his niece Buffy Moss.
