He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his sons, William McCullough (Peggy) of Davenport, Michael McCullough (Beth) of Buffalo Grove, Steven McCullough (Beth) and Matthew McCullough (Michelle) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Sean, Caitlin, Sarah, Jonathan, Dyllan, Dalton, Benjamin, Ryan, Rachel, Abby, Keegan, Jenna and Grace; and his great grandchild Owen.
