He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Roop and Mary Roop (Sutton); his wife Dorothy Druhl; and his son Tommy Roop. He is survived by: his children, Gary Roop (Melissa), Bev Owen (Phil), Russ Roop (Bev), Mary Moore (Jeff) and Ruth Roseman (Kerry); and his grandchildren, Josh Roop, Laura Myc, Greg Roop, Whitney Owen, Tyler Owen, Graham Owen, Sam Roop, Adam Roop, Andrea Moore, Jake Moore, Andrew Roseman and Alice Roseman. He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.
