He was predeceased by: his parents, William Silvis and Noma Silvis (Huffman); and his brothers, Wayne and William. He is survived by: his spouse Imogene Shelton; his daughters, Joy Firrell (Robert Jr.) of Blue Grass, Judy Staats (Richard) of West Liberty and Donna Silvis of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Darcy McNeer, Devona White, Robert Firrell, Damion Sadd and Daniel Belleau; and his sisters, Shirley Egry, Kay Zion and Ruth Ann.
