It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley L. Madetzke of Buffalo Center, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Madetzke and Maxine Madetzke. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Britton (Ben) of Bar Nunn, WY; his stepchildren, Jason Sunde of Fairbault, MN and Jody Seemann (Steve) of Waterloo; his great grandchild Jill White (Mark) of Cedar Falls; his brothers, Eldean Madetzke (Carol) of Hampton and Steve Madetzke of Forest City; and his grandchildren, Ben Seemann, Gabe Gilmore, Jack Gilmore, Wyatt Sunde, Dylan Sunde and Nathan Madetzke. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family which will be distributed to the Buffalo Center Ambulance and local veterans organizations in Wes' memory.
