She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hartranft and Frances Doris Hartranft (Warner); her husband Gerhald Maass; her son Daniel Maass; her sister Janet Bennett; and her brother-in-law Allen Gifford.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Maass (Melody) of Waukesha, WI, John Maass (Sarah) of Fairfax, MN, Michael Maass (Crystal) of Buffalo Center and Amy Maass of Dike, IA; her daughter-in-law Linda Troyer-Maass; her brother Kenneth Hartranft of Clearwater Beach, FL; and her siblings-in-law, DeWayne (Berneice) of Buffalo Center, Harold Bennet Jr. of Hobe Sound, FL and Verna Gifford of Kearney, NE. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
