He is survived by: his wife Betty Schutter; his children, Jill Jennings (Tony) of Spirit Lake, IA, Heather of Spirit Lake, IA, Courtney Cable (Steve) of Riverside, IA and John Davids, IV (Kate) of Williamsburg, IA.; his grandchildren, Lexi Theisen (Justin) of Vilseck, Germany, Austin Jennings of Everly, IA, Macy Jennings of Okoboji, IA, Silas Cable, Theda Cable of Riverside, IA, John Davids and Claire Davids of Williamsburg, IA; his great grandchild Cora Theisen of Vilseck, Germany; and his sisters, Violet Baker of Ames, IA and Ruth Bassett of El Paso, TX. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
