She is survived by: her daughter Stacie Ford (Tucker) of Northville, MI; her stepchildren, Tom Lilly (Sharon) of Ankeny, Ron Lilly Jr. (Amy) of Ankeny and Rhonda Kinsey (Dan) of Plano, TX; her grandsons, Harrison and Garret Ford; and her siblings, Robert Cink (Beverly) of Algona, Beth Crabtree (Dick) of St. George, UT, Alice Nelson of Algona, Patty Clark (Herb) of St. Louis, MO and Gerald "Jerry" Cink (Linda) of Titonka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
