He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Hassebroek and Margaret Hassebroek (Van Hoorn); and his brothers, Robert Hassebroek (DeeAnn) and Willy Hassebroek. He is survived by: his wife Nola Matson; his children, Lori Hohl (Scott), Rhonda Dameron (Gary) of Des Moines and Travis Hassebroek (Patty) of Buffalo Center; his grandchildren, Kayla Martin (Patrick), Kristin (Boris Mrkajic), Lindsey (Zachary Hohl), Ashley (DeMarcus Dameron) and Nic (Paige Hassebroek); his siblings, Marlyn Hassebroek (Ruth) of Buffalo Center, Shirley EIsenbarth (Mark) of Algona and Elaine Wilcox of Hampton; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Hassebroek of Buffalo Center and Robert Matson (Gale) of Osawatomie, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
