It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dieterich of Brooklyn, Iowa, born in Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Dieterich and Alice "Maxine" Ruble. He is survived by: his former wife Kay Doty; his wife Patricia Pena; his daughters, Jodi Fye (Carl) of Brooklyn, Kimberly Kochel of Des Moines and Tammi Grimm (Neil) of Atkins; his grandchildren, Haley, Autumn, Gabrielle Fye, Bryton and Bennett Grimm; his sister Karen Higgins of Altoona; and his nieces, Dawn Ellis of Laramie, WY and Randi Swink of Des Moines.
