He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Carol; his sisters, Cindy Wade (Jeff) of North English and Theresa Slaymaker (Dave) of Brooklyn; his nieces, Nicole, Amber, Cheryl, Hilary and Shaylee; his nephew Shane; his father Albert; and his stepfather Vernon. He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends; and his beloved dogs.
