We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2024, at the age of 85, Colene Cae Kent of Brooklyn, Iowa, born in Montezuma, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Timm and Margaret Timm (Grier); her husband Bob Kent; her grandson Nathan Vest; her great grandchild Brennan Vest; and her siblings, Marlene Mathes, Dixie Wentland and Gary Timm.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bobi Maus of Brooklyn and Kay Butterfield (Bill) of Tama; her grandchildren, Brandi Timm (Larry Armstrong), Michael Vest (Charise Lasley), Heath Metz (Erica), Adam Vest (Leanna) and Michele Hotz (Chris); her great grandchildren, Makayla Vest, Brody Timm, Ayden Vest, Paiton, Greyson Metz, Connor, Owen, Emmett and Holdyn Vest; and her siblings, Margaret Ann York (Royce) of Montour and Danny Timm of Victor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
