She was predeceased by: her daughter Nicole Paige; her aunt Suzanne Henry; and her cousin Sean Darland. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Hall and Shirlee Hall (Darland) of Marengo; her former husband Shane Jacoby; her daughter Bridgette Ford (CJ); and her brother Jay Hall (Rhonda) of Marengo. She is also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and 1 great niece.
