He is survived by: his children, Craig Bush of Bronson, IA, Roxanne Westerman (Kent) of Lawton, IA, Jeffrey Bush (Mary) of Ankeny, IA and Roger Bush (Linda) of Williams, IA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
