He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee and Venice Ann Puffer (Varney); his daughter Kacey Puffer; and his siblings, Jeff Puffer and Patty Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Aida Ventura of Britt; his children, Justin Puffer of Cherokee and Coty Sampson (Mike) of Sloan, IA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mallorie, Savannah, Colten, Amyllia and Josie; his stepchildren, Kimberly Lim Ventura of Toronto, Canada and John Lawrence Lim Ventura of Toronto, Canada; and his siblings, Rhonda Mathews (Garth) of Litchfield, AZ and Rock Puffer (Kathy) of Shepherd, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
