He is survived by: his wife Jeanie; his son Jeremy Purvis (Cody); his grandchildren, Cameron and Jordy; his child Jillana Lefler (Blaine); his granddaughters, Annabelle and Willow; his daughter Brandi Hiscocks (Ryan); his grandchildren, Riley, Parker and Brinley; his daughter Rachael Zuehl (Jake); his grandchildren, Kane, Kale and Kia; his daughter Bobbi Bruggeman (Andy); his grandchildren, Maddie and Charlie; his child Hollie Dallman (Donnie); his grandsons, Brock and Patrick; and his siblings, Dean Purvis (Cathy), Bonnie Buchholtz and Jean Gilmer (Jerry).
