We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2018, at the age of 94, Helen McGahuey (Britt, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer "Casey" and Jenny Holtzman (Kinder); her husband Charles; her daughter Judith Ann Sterling; her son-in-law Robert "Woody" Sterling; and her siblings, Dale Holtzman, Bob Holtzman, Elmer Holtzman, Irene Feuring, Bernice McCoy, Nina Powell, Donna Drake, Linda Sickels and Lois Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Barry McGahuey (Gretchen) of Wesley, IA; her grandchildren, Ian McGahuey (Angelina) of Twentynine Palms, CA and Megan Parker (Tommy) of Chapel Hill, N. C.; her great grandchildren, Tyler McGahuey, Wyatt, Olivia and Colby Parker; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Marcus and Reece. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
