We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2024, at the age of 95, Florence Johnson of Britt, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. I. Drury and Flora Drury (Fowler); her husband Don; and her son Wayne Johnson. She is survived by: her sister Beryl Friedow of Kanawha; her children, Vance Johnson (Jane) of Britt and Cheryl Spear (Gary) of Coal City; and her grandchildren, Justin Johnson (Beth) of Ridgeway, Ben Doughan of Indianapolis, Jeff Spear of Coal City, Danielle Ries (Jeffrey) of Cedar Falls, Jennifer Morrison (J. D.) of Morris, Bridget Otto (Ken) of Ely and Andrew Johnson of Britt. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ewing Funeral Home - Britt Get (178 Center St W, Britt, IA 50423). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ewing Funeral Home (178 Center St W, Britt, IA 50423).
