He is survived by: his children, Rick Kline (Mary) of Alva, Rhonda Bellard (Larry) of Panora, Dan Kline (Pam) of Britt, Denise Jakoubek (Doug) of Britt and Dwight Kline (Jill) of Lewisville; his grandchildren, Evan Kline, Reed Shippy, Lauren Bellard, Reagan Bellard, Adam Kline, Josh Kline, Dani Jakoubek (Jake Mohr), Derica Madsen (Branden), Makali Kline, Cooper Kline and Annabeth Kline; his great grandchild Raylon Madsen; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Friedow of Britt and Jessie Kline of Casa Grande, Arizona..
