He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Chizek. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Chizek (Kemmerick) of Britt; his fiancé Christy Rossiter of Mason City; his siblings, Virginia Schene (Tony) of Colorado Springs, Margaret Fenlon (Warren) of Rochester and David Chizek of Britt; his nephew Bryce Fenlon (Fanni) of Budapest; and his nieces, Miranda Schene of Iowa City, Monica Fenlon of Rochester, Rachel Chizek of Luck and Ashley Chizek of Luck, Wisconsin. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers and customary remembrances, Dan's family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Britt Knights of Columbus council, or left to his family's discretion.
