It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Pals of Britt, Iowa, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kopacek and Dorothy Kopacek (Trca); and her siblings, Beverly Hiscocks, Mary Ann Kopacek and Rev. Jerry Kopacek.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Foy (Lori) of Elko, MN, Chris Foy (Mary) of Waverly, IA, Natalie Tegtmeyer (Dan) of Chandler, AZ, Eric Foy (Kim) of Dubuque, IA, Tony Foy (Carey Norgaard) of Eugene, OR, Nicole Varnado (Brandon) of Durham, NC and Joel Pals (Tiffany) of Belmond, IA; and her brother Tom Kopacek (Jenny) of Brooklyn. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bonnie's memory to St. Patrick Catholic Church in Britt or the West Hancock Schools.
