She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hejlik and Bessie Hejlik (Vonasek); her husband George Tlach; her son-in-law Robert Murphy; her siblings, Cletus Hejlik (Adeane), Alice Martin (Bill) and Mildred Neppl (Don); and her brother-in-law Clifford Doran.
She is survived by: her children, Irene Murphy of Clear Lake, Edwin Tlach (Marian) of Indianola, Ray Tlach (Kathy) of Britt, Rita Madson (Terry) of Garfield, AR, Monica Olsen (Randy) of Garner, Jerry Tlach (Carol) of Britt, Marge Rasmuson (Kelly) of Ankeny and Karen Daniels (John) of Webster City; and her sisters, Rosella Tisl (Dave) of Stewart, IA and Theresa Doran of Prescott Valley, AZ. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren.
