With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Burg of Bridgewater, Iowa, born in Massena, Iowa, who passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Burg and Ruth Burg (Hein); his siblings, LaDonna, David and Gary; his brothers-in-law, Bill Yearington and Terry Daughtery; his niece Heather Yearington; and his great-niece Tru Yearington.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Lunsford of San Antonio, Joseph Burg (Mary) of Bridgewater and Angela Burg of Boone; his siblings, Charles Burg (Connie) of Atlantic, Diana Daughtery of Massena, Michael Burg of Pella and Debra Nichols (Wayne) of Atlantic; his grandchildren, Dominique, Velvet, Autumn, Lily and Everleigh; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Emilia. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Joseph Burg Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
