Helen Palma Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Palma of Bridgewater, Iowa, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Carl and Myrtle Carl (Schrader) of Bridgewater, Iowa.; her husband Lawrence Palma; her daughter Rita; her in-laws, William and Laura Palma; her sisters, Marie Pool, Opal Long and Doris Carl; and her siblings-in-law, Vergil Pool, Al Long, Harold Palma, Frances Hughes and Alice Palma.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Palma of Austin Texas, Sharon Koehler of Winterset, Diane Faris (Dave) of Des Moines and Julie Chappell (Matt) of Van Meter; her grandchildren, Jessica Liebas (Raymond), Regina Valdez (Joe), Jennifer Stimpson (Jamey), Anna Mae Allyn (Keith), Leah Knobloch, Zachary Koehler (Ashley), Tyler Faris, Tessa Faris, Conner Chappell and Reece Chappell; her great grandchildren, Anthony Liebas, Noah Liebas, Christina Liebas, Lily Valdez, Paisley Valdez, Laura Stimpson, Samantha Allyn, Cody Allyn, William Allyn, Laney Knobloch, Briley Knobloch and Owen Knobloch; and her great great grandchildren, Hakeem Stimpson and Rylan Allyn. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
