He is survived by: his wife Velda Mentzer of Brandon, IA; his son Scott Mentzer (Cindy) of Brandon, IA; his grandchildren, Jessica Hoveland (James) and Kyle Mentzer (Stacey); his great grandchildren, Drake, Harmony, Hunter Hoveland, Lena and Lyra Mentzer; and his sister Joan Enabnit of Central City, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
