She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Jerry Lee and Meghan; her grandchildren, Jacob, Leeanne, Skylar and Noah; her sisters, Debbie Gates, Donna Dalecky (Dennis) and Penny Cook (Brian); her nieces and nephews, Jeremy Gates (Amanda), Kristina Gates, Justin (Laura), Brandon (Lacy), Cody (Dawn), Tannor Cook and Abbie Dalecky (Roy); her aunts, Sylvia Nemecek and Carolyn Cook; and her daughter-in-law Dora Moses. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
