She is survived by: her former husband Frank Dvorak; her grandchildren, Brett, Brandon, Kyle Dvorak, John, Mike, Shelly, Valerie Dvorak, Renee Gauthier (Vavroch), Rick and Tim Blood; her siblings, Thelma Simmons, June White (Richard), Ronnie Beltz (Annette) and Norman Beltz (Tina); and her sister-in-law Joanne Beltz. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
