He was predeceased by: his father Cyrus R. Hopkins; and his brother Michael Hopkins. He is survived by: his mother Annette F. Hopkins (Wright); and his siblings, Teresa Hopkins of Wonewoc, WI, Mark Hopkins (Cindy), Andy Hopkins (Janette), Donna Smith (Kevin), Wayne Hopkins (Lisa), Matt Hopkins (Theresa) and Emily Hopkins.
