It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty M. Carlson of Brandon, Iowa, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Shedenhelm and Myrene Shedenhelm (Simmons); her husband Eldo Carlson; her sons, Eldon and Richard Carlson; and her great grandchild Olivia.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Carlson (Sandy) of Clarion, Alan Carlson (Lynn) of Brandon, Kathy Draisey (Steve) of Kansas City, MO and Marilyn Panosh of Littleton, CO; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Carlson of Waterloo. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial fund has been established.
