He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Wallace and Phyllis Wallace (Ludwig); and his siblings, Connie Koob and Glenn. He is survived by: his brother Ron; his sister-in-law Sue Wallace; and his nieces and nephews, Bridget, Katie, Dan, Matt, Christopher, Eugene, Curt and Kristen.
Bub chose to donate his body to the University of Iowa for research.
