She was predeceased by: her parents, Leendert Tol and Gertrude Van Tol (Van Roekel); her husband Cornelius "Neal" Groendyke; her great grandchildren, Olivia Asia Bicknell, Bria Kaye and Braxton Keith Groendyke; and her siblings, Mynard, William, Cornelius II, Henry Van Tol, Della Lems, Gertrude Van Bemmel, Helen Faber and Grace Steensma.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Judy) and Kevin (Ever). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
