Marie Dorothy Bengtson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Dorothy Bengtson of Boxholm, Iowa, who passed away on September 28, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Waldo Bengtson; and her sisters, Darlene Hanson and Elaine Kauffman. She is survived by: her sons, Barry Bengtson (Pat) of Perry and Rick Bengtson (Kim) of Paton; her grandchildren, Ryan Bengtson (Laura) of Minburn, Bradley Bengtson of Waukee, Nicole Shute (A. J.) of Austin, MN and Ben Bengtson of Ogden; her great grandchildren, Cassidy, Marissa Shute and Olivia Bengtson; and her brother-in-law Dick Bengtson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in memory of Marie, to Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm.
