He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Oberholser and Bernice Oberholser (Dow); and his sister Deborah. He is survived by: his wife Twyla Williams; his siblings-in-law, Darnell Van Fossen, Lorrie Lockem (Jeff) of Nevada and Dale Williams (Joyce) of Village City, Texas; and his cousins, Mary Kaye, Sandy and Peggy. He is also survived by nine nephews, three nieces, five great nephews, nine great nieces.

In memory of Bill, memorials may be directed to the family.
