Tim left this world on December 14, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hartwig and Wanda Hartwig (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Jan (Greiman); his children, Andy Hartwig (Celine) of Iowa City, IA and Amy Peterson (Brad) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Emma Hartwig, Drew Hartwig, Tim Peterson and Tyler Peterson; and his brothers, Tom Hartwig (Laura) of Garner, IA and Ted Hartwig (Cathy) of Eden Prairie, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
