He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas Joseph Weber, Helen Marie Weber-Vienna and Samuel Vienna; and his father Gerald LeRoy Winger. He is survived by: his children, Collin Blevins of Redding, Thomas Winger Jr. of Ames, Katrina Winger of Boone, Keaton Winger of Boone and Brody Winger of Boone; his mother Princess Marie Winger of Anderson; his stepfather Glenn Siebert; his brothers, Obidiah Myers of Boone, Joshua Myers of Boone, Cory Winger of Anderson, Troy, Mike, Roxanne, Vicky and Louise Winger of Oregon; and his uncle Donald Weber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Thomas, may be directed to the family.
