He is survived by: his wife Pamela Spurgeon; his sons, Jacob Wingfield (Joshua) and Joshua Wingfield (Lindey); his grandchildren, Makenna, Colton, Beau and Grace; his siblings, Marilyn Caples of Independence, MO, Jim Wingfield (Betty) of Boone and Pam McClain (Gary) of Boone; and his sister-in-law Lori Spurgeon of Boxholm.
