Ted Hora Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2022, at the age of 96, Ted Hora of Boone, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Hora and Thomas Hora; and his wife Patricia Jean Nickerson. He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Ted" Hora II (Linda) of Boone, Randy Hora (Diane) of Valrico, Tom Hora (Nancy) of Polk City and Brett Hora (Lisa) of Granger, Iowa; his great grandchild Natalie Wulfsen (Charles); his children, Clara (Gabe), Elizabeth, Grant and Amber Hora; his grandson Jackson; his daughter Angela Mathiasen (Jason); his grandchildren, Emmett, Jacob, Genevieve, Amandine and Emily Caswell (Eric); his children, Bridgett, Lydia and Phillip Hora (Amy); his grandsons, Parker and Logan; his daughter Melissa Willard (Mike); his grandsons, Sam and Tyler; his daughter Amanda Young; his grandchildren, Paige and Grant; his daughter Katy Schwering (John); his grandchildren, Bo and Mila; his children, Allison Hora and John Hora (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Marley and Remy; and his children, Jacob Hora, Conner Hanke and Hannah Hanke. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.

While flowers are welcome, the family asks for donations to the First Presbyterian Church in Boone.
